I am Vinod Shrikant Upadhye from ichalkaranji maharashtra,i have honda cb shine bike no. Mh 09 CQ 6393 with tubeless tyre, and suddenly my bikes back magwheel get crak and i face puncher problem,when i visited for same in honda showroom they inform that its not cover in warranty and in warranty book they not mentioned specific word magwheel so i claim insurance to icicilombard in jan 2014 and paid 4411/- and they give less 30% claim amount, So i want to claim that honda company had to give replacement as per goodwill and benefit of doubt for warranty terms and conditions(i heard from insurance person that honda shine have same problem in all over india)

Just want my remaining billed amount back which is paid after claim file and compassion
