I have purchased one of your two wheeler product (i.e. Honda CB shine) on 17/09/2013. Details are as follows: name- Rahul Agarwal Invoice No.: 13IN03067 Date of Purchase: 17/09/13 Dealer name- Arora Motors, Jodhpur Reg No.: RJ19JS9456 Mobile NO. 9649902123 In this bike there is problem while shifting gears from the beginning. I have complaint about this problem so many times to your Jodhpur Arora Motors service centre and I have also complaint on your online portal two times regarding this. Till yet I have complaint about this problem six times for which details are as follows: 1. On 15/10/13 Job Card No. 13JC10818 2. Online complaint (details not available being Job card was not given) 3. On 09/01/14 Job Card No. 13JC15514 4. On 24/01/14 Job Card No. 13JC16435 5. On 07/03/14 Job Card No. 13JC19079 6. On 11/04/14 Job Card No. 14JC00611 It is very disappointing for me that I am still facing this problem and it is also very unsafe for me to ride this kind of vehicle.

either give my money back to me or change the product.
