I had recently given the vehicle for servicing on 21st December 2013 and after that my lock set( ignition lock and key) is not working. I suspect that someone from the agency has tried to make a duplicate key. I have called the agency lot of times and also Honda Company directly but they are not listening saying that since you missed one service from authorized agency they cannot change the lock set under warranty whereas
I want that complete money to be reimbursed and also the agency should pay for the lack of service and mental agony I have been facing from last 2 years
