i bought a new honda amaze on 16th of march 2014 but when i checked its paint quality it got spots and some extra paint and some firber tituses likely to seen as hair like something in it . i launched a complaint in its online honda care on 30th of march after then their AGM- service Mr.Tushar Debnath seen it and clicked some photos …then on 2nd or 3th of april a team and Mr.Rinkoo R Thusoo (Area Manager -After Sales) has seen it and with 2 days he called me and admitted their fault ..but till now they haven’t taken any decision on my car what to do … complaint consumer id is 11404279125
i said them to change my car or give me a concession or deprecation on my car … as i have paid them the full amount and not get the quality what for i paid for.
