I am mohinder kumar chawla, resident of A1/11 krishna nagar. I booked Honda City 2014 ( VX – MT) from prime honda , patparganj, Delhi on 7th April 2014, with a booking amount of 50,000?, receipt no- CR/70/13-14 and they gave me expected delivery date in the end of july. Further to which i asked them to deliver it on 7th August 2014, which is my son’s birthday. Yesterday, i.e 18th July’2014, i visited prime honda to enquire about future proceedings and they said they cant relieved the car for 2 months. The way they treated me was relay not a nice way. They said they have informed me on my email about the delay. But there is no such mail about any delay. They treated me very rudely. This is just not acceptable from employees of company like Honda. This is leading me to take this matter further to consumer court forum against prime honda patparganj and honda car india, for keeping me in dark, harassing me mentally and treating very badly on asking for information. The sales consultant Mr. Madan bisht in a verbal communication accepted that they have already given my booked car to someone in the month of june, without telling or even asking me if i wanted delivery or not. This is not at all fair, and i will take this matter to the honourable consumer court to grant me justice As soon as possible, if any action is not taken by the prime honda or honda car india regarding this matter.
