Plot No. 1, Sector 3, IMT Manesar, Dist – Gurgaon, Haryana – 122050 Dear Sir / Madam, Make a serious note of this that I had badly beaten at one of dealership i.e. M/S. Rudrashree Honda (Two Vehicle) Service Station, Sriganganagar, Rajasthan. This complaint for you to prevail better sense against Customers & his values. I have explained complete case i.e. I had purchased bike Honda Dream Yuga on Oct’2013. In my Bike first Clutch plate had completely worn out three months back but service center not replaced this neither free of cost nor paid basis. I was fed up with follow up with service center. Due to clutch plate worn out Center Axle & Hub also damaged and bike completely break down. My Bike was stopped & not in condition to tow it to the showroom, than I went to Dealer for that particular part & get it repaired outside, they refused. But when I was discussed whole things with Manager at Showroom Mr. Sandeep Chaudhary, he refuses and also abusing me. Then I said, I have complaint this with Showroom Owner Mr. Vikas & in company and get out from Showroom. Then suddenly Mr. Sandeep Chaudhary & his 4-5 Staff members were beaten me badly outside the showroom. I have lodged FIR in police station for this and lodged a case against Showroom Manager & his staff members. Police took me for Medical check-up & Doctor certified Internal as well as external injuries. As per this report Police file a case. All Newspapers covered this on next day. FIR’s Copy along with News papers cuttings are attached herewith this mail. I humbly request you to go through the matter as I saw there were other people who were facing the same problem but not raised the voice. This will damaged the image of Honda also break the confidence in customer. This shows your goals are not aligned with your Dealers. They were not bothered even image of Company.
