i have purchase a two wheeler bike honda shine on 29th september, but till today i dont get my registration certificate. when i visit on showroom, they says everytime rc comes within 2-3 days. but it about 3 months i not found any solution. i had phone call many time to dealer but he not picked.
because temporary no. is valid for 30 days, after this if i travel by bike without rc there is a fine/ penalty, so im not using which effect my time waste and extra conveyance. which is about rs.5000 for 1.5 month
