I bought an AC from the Kavuri Hills Yes Mart on 16th April at 11:00 am in the morning. and was told the delivery will be done within a day and the installation will be done maximum within 3 days. When they did not deliver the product on time we tried reaching the store / the contact person ( Ashok) on 18th April. No one initially responded . After trying for multiple times … and dialing multiple people we could reach Javed from the store. And to our surprise, he informed the product is not available and will be delivered to the store on 18th April and they will deliver it to us on 19th April. Again …. No communication and we did not receive it on 19th April . After multiple follow ups they promised to deliver it by 20th and arrange the installation on the same day. The delivery was done on 20th – i.e.- after 4 days from the time of purchase and someone called ( 040 -68888214) and told me that he will call the service center and arrange the installation in the evening. I waited till evening and when reached out to him he said the installation will be 100% done today – i.e. – 22nd April. Today since morning I have been trying to reach Ashok & the other landline number (040-68888214). Ashok picked the phone in the morning and promised to get back in 30 min. But like every other time what I receive is sheer unprofessionalism. I have been trying to reach them since last 2 hours and they do not have the basic decency to pick up the phone and talk. This is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced – You sell me a product that is not available and then stop responding to calls. I have taken a leave today thinking the installation will be done and day is wasted. My time is not valued and there is no response from anyone.
