HORRIBLE JOURNEY DUE TO SHOCKING AND MISERABLE SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS IN RAILWAYS

Prayer for Compensation of Rs.30,000/- For being unable to ensure Comfortable and Safe Journey in a Reserved Compartment.. Reference:- My PNR No. 444-9369723,of Coach No. S5 of Train Number 12842(Coromondal Express)Reservation From Chennai to Howrah,Date of Journey 15th May,3013 Dear Sir, With Reference to the Above Subject I am to Approach you with Great Regret and High concern that the journey in the above mentioned Train Was Horrible and Hell Alike and Disastrous by all means.. Let me mention one by one.. Pantry Car Officials are over arrogant and denied to serve food as per the Railway Menu and Price.. Instead they started charging many fold hiked price for the food items available in the Pantry Car. For Example:-Standard Casserole meals(Vegetarian and Nonvegetarian) which Normally costs Rs.50/- and Rs.55/- respectively were charged Rs.70/- and Rs.80/- by the pantry car officials.. When We Requested to call Pantry car Manager they summarily rejected. and when we complained they threatened to face dire consequences and denied to serve us food..But then we had no option but to call the All India Toll Free Helpline 1800-111-321 It is after calling Helpline again and again, their Manager came and agreed to serve the food. But the food served was sub-standard, Less in Quantity & over charged as per Railway Menu & Price List.. However at night they denied to even take order from us because at noon we complained against them.. This is for nothing but just to teach us a lesson.. Again some passengers called that Toll Free Number to intervene and settle the matter.. However, One of them Called T.T.E. and tried to falsely fabricate us AND At Midnight when everybody was sleeping, they Called R.P.F. and Said all wrong, Fabricated and concocted stories about us just to teach us a lesson… Only my fault was that, I showed the True and Real and Detailed and Elaborate Menus and Price List as determined by the Railway Board to my co-passengers.. However, By GODs grace when everybody in my compartment protested then the T.T.E. and the R.P.F. Understood everything and went away.. THEN, The compartment was over crowded with Passengers from General compartment and Waiting List.They were occupying Reservation Seats and we the Valid and Confirmed Ticket Holders were unable to sit comfortably.. Especially me took the matter to T.T.E. and he turned a Blind Eye and Deaf Ear to my such honest appeal.. In fact, He was too busy in collecting( or extracting??) money from them and was distributing License of their stay in the reserved compartment and occupying Seats means for Reserved and Confirmed Ticket Holders

AFTER CONSULTATION WITH NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM I AM SEEKING COMPENSATION of Rs.30,000/- FROM INDIAN RAILWAY FOR BEING UNABLE TO ENSURE MY COMFORTABLE ,SAFE AND HASSLE FREE JOURNEY.
