I bought a nokia 720 and within 3 days i was facing problems with the phone. poor outgoing audio quality, creaky vibration, problematic audio jack, went to the service centre after few days as email support team couldn’t help. service centre so called repaired the phone,with major problems still persisting, asked for replacement, had to give my new fone to service centre again, 18 days have passed since, have not received any call/response from the so called nokia backend team. will go to consumer court if nokia continues to harass me . my job sheet no. 969504867/130511/28 if a product starts giving problems within 2-3 days , has manufacturing defect and service centres r not able to help, then i dont understand why nokia should not replace the handset ??? why harass ur customers .
