i purchased a vps level 5 server from hostgator.in and there distributor or franchise here in india is Glowtouch Technologies Pvt. Ltd. when i purchased they said they will give us 99.9% uptime. my approx 60 sites hosted there and since last one month all my sites went down frequently and when i call them they keep saying admin working on it they are not able to short out issue .

i facing alot of issue due to this many of my sites are eCommerce and many of my clients having important emails on server and when site went down its there financial loss and it is effect there brand value . reputation of our organization went down due to there non professional service and behavior.
