I recently went to the above mentione dhotel with my friends. I was charged Rs 100 for Himalay Mineral water of 1 litre. The actual MRP mentioned on the water bottle is 40 Rs. I was forcibly made to pay 100 RS for the mineral water

When I spoke to the manger regarding that, he says he is sorry and its hotel rules. I tried to tell him that I will complain, for which he said go and complain to any1, I don’t care. We have been charging like this for every customer and we will continue to do so and none can question me. He even further says nobody can stop him. We were hurt a lot becuase of this. They don’t fear the government – is this what we can expect from our elected representatives? Its not the question of money for me its the question of cheating they have been doing.

I would like to request a refund of the excess paid and also the entire hotel bill which I paid since they caused me lot of mental truama and they harassed me for asking why they are charging more ! I don’t mind whether I get a refund or not , but I request you to kindly slap a fine of atleast 10 lakh Rupees on them and cancel their license. Let them pay a hefty fine so that they never repeat this again ! The hard earned money cannot be looted like this. None are above law and I request the concerned team to help me as soon as possible
