I am Jayakumar H , Working for IDBI Bank . Due to my transfer from Chennai to Coimbatore , I have used your ( SAHARA DOMESTIC &
INTERNATIONAL PACKERS & MOVERS) services for shifting goods from Chennai to coimbatore. In fact I have taken an insurance also for this
shift. But I am totally unhappy the way your team has handled my goods. While shipping most of the things are not packed well because of that my
furniture it developed many scratches , it is totally edges are in ugly condition and few edges are broken. In addition to this my new Kurl on
Mattress multiple holes made for tightening the rope. Other things fridge started developed huge noise and one glass door broken in TV stand. In
addition to this while taking the order your representatives confirmed that everything will be refitted in the new premises. Before unloading they
have all the payments from my end and refused to fit washing machine and other electronic goods. A big issue created because of my demand they
were fillted the coat , but the fitting was done so causally , the same was broken during night because of wrong fitting done from your end it created .
When I called your reprsentives during that time. They have informed we are unable to come. Our job is over.

Trust me I never faced such experience from any of the packers as of now. Because of Sahara Group , I have assigned the job to you.

After that many times I telephoned to your compliant cell : +91 98800 78888, many times no one responded well as well as no one even bother to
address my issue.

I have transported the goods on 06-07-2009 from chennai and delivered at coimbatore on 07-07-2009
