I ordered two book cases (product code 100008539) on Housefull Online Shopping Site in October 29th 2014 for 3980/- and I only got one product delivered almost after a month instead of two products. I spoke to their team multiple times only to get a reply back saying they will call back. I didn’t get the second product yet and the carpenter to fix the book case is also not coming. My Order number is 57635 and the payment was done through Net Banking.

These book cases were ordered for ongoing restructuring of my house. This is still incomplete even after 3 months. Housefull need to deliver the second book case and assemble the book cases without anymore delay. Also, pay penalty for the delay and take disciplinary action against all the employees who spoke, but never acted on my problem.
