How Airtel PrePaid Mobile is Disconnected – A Review

Hi I had prepaid number 9611735140 for a few years now with balance of some Rs 3000. I had to go abroad for a month and before I went I asked your people to convert from prepaid to post paid. Your people kept delaying this and finally when i came back the no was disconnected. Now i don’t have both prepaid and postpaid. I want the number back. I was using this number quite frequently.

The reward I got was that the phone was fully disconnected. I had given this number to banks and other institutions. Now I want this back Your appalling service has shocked me. I have a 4g internet connection and I have another postpaid mobile phone.

I plan to cancel all this and shift to vodafone or some other service provider. I hope you will consider my request and hand over no 9611735140 back to me My alternate no is 9900181000. Yours sincerely, Vidhya V Customer Care bharti airtel limited Pl see reply I sent for the above Hi Thanks for giving me the information I already know..when I went to the relationship center they told me to contact you and you tell me to contact them..are you playing football with your customers?..I regret the day I took your connection and I am thoroughly disgusted with your lousy service..I have already visited 2 relationship centers in Bangalore and they are asking me to contact you..if this is the way you deal with your customers I regret to say airtel’s downfall is near..I want you to transfer this message to your higher management or to mittal so that he can stem the rot in your organization before it is too late..all I want is my number back…can you or can you not do it..if you cannot I want to try others like vodaphone…may god save your organisation
