I have been a customer of your esteemed organisation for the past 40 years. I am used to the brand bata, so much so that i have not used any other footwear for all these years. To my utter dismay , the recent purchase of bata brand jubilee foot wear from your g b road , palakkad , kerala showroom on 16/02/2014 was a flop. With in 10 days the footwear broke in to two pieces by the middle portion. On complaining at the showroom, they repaired it, but again it broke within 7 days apart from other damages.
