From 17th Jan 2014 i am not able to receive a single call. When someone calls then it shows “This no is not valid please check the no and call back” And 17th Jan 2014 around 2pm, i made a complaint in idea to relate the same. They commit that till 20th Jan maximum 11am they will solve my problem. i tell them this my busyness no and i loss my important call and sms. I am able to call but not able to receive a call and not able to receive and send sms. Today is 22 Jan 2014 and i am facing same problem and they are not able to solve my problem. They also not ready to give in return… please help me… i loss my business and also having mentally disturb because of them. I made a complaint on 12345 idea help line and i was speaking with Mr.Prem he is a floor in charge

Because Of above problem i am not able to under my client query on time. i also request them at list send incoming call details by sms to other no. but they not done any think related for the same.

I want that idea start my service as soon as possible because its my busyness no. also i am not going to paid a currant mouth bill and them.
