How HDFC Ergo Insurance Declines Claim ?

Complaint against HDFC ERGO General Insurance company & HDFC Bank Ltd Sarv suraksha policy No.29502004 232384000 HDFC loan account No. 23481404

Dear sir, I am receipt of the mail from HDFC Ergo again declining my claim which is forwarded herewith. I have also sent the below mail dated, 19.1.2015 seeking clarifications on pointwise which has not been replied yet which again strength my claim that HDFC bank have with malafide intension and in connivance with some mafias / agencies approached me for the loan with the interest rate of 10.5% and got the blank forms signed from me and after a period of 3 ½ months they are releasing the loan with interest rate of 11.51% which no other banks are charging and is on very very higher side and also not releasing the genuine claim of Insurance policy issued by HDFC Ergo General Insurance Co. Ltd inspite of my repeated requests and completion of all formalities. On 22.1.2015 Mr Karain saini approached me and discussed the same in detail and convinced me that this is a genuine claim and 99.9% we recommend for the release of claim and after that again back out from the commitment is again a breach of confidence. In addition to my below given mail dated. 19.1.2015, I hereby stand with the claim and submitting herewith the following documents for your reference and necessary action. s.no. Date Documents & clarifications required 1 31.10.2012 Gate pass No. 13983 dtd. 31.10.2012 for release of new I 10 car at 7.71 PM in my favour issued by Orion Automobiles Pvt.Ltd (copy attached) 2 31.10.2012 Temporary registration certificate of Orion Automobiles Pvt.Ltd. (copy attached) 3. 31.10.2012 Car insurance cover Note of Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd for the insurance of the aforesaid car on 31.10.12 at 18.00 hrs where in the financing institution has been mentioned as HDFC BANK LTD (copy attached) 4 17.1.2013 Loan application dated. 17.1.2013. This loan application dated. 17.1.2013 i.e after a period of 2 ½ months and passes the loan on 31.1.2013 i.e after a period of 3 months from the date of delivery of the vehicle and hence this loan is not relevant for this car. I hereby challenge the handwritings to be examined by any experts as this form has been filled up by themselves and submitted with higher loan amount as well as higher interest rate of 11.51% (copy attached) 5 2.2.2013 Sarv suraksha policy No. 2950200423238400000 dated. 2.2.2013 for 100% benefits as per insurance policy issued by the instruction of HDFC bank Ltd & Payment made by HDFC Bank Ltd from the loan amount without my knowledge and consent. Alongwith the letter dated. 2.2.13 of HDFC Ergo gen ins. Co.ltd. (copy attached) 6 5.3.2013 Cheque for Rs 8685/- issued towards the EMI which they are admitting for the premium of policy. (copy attached). The car insurance policy of TATA AIG dated 31.10.2012 states the financing firm as HDFC bank ltd whereas the loan application dated 17.1.13 i.e and loan passes after a period of 3 months. Since the application was not submitted and loan was not passed how can they mention the name of financing firm as HDFC Bank Ltd.????? I hereby request for a probe in the matter. The sarv suraksha policy issued for the loan tenure period only for securing the loan amount by debiting the premium from the customer and not for the benefit of the customer and not releasing the genuine claim why?????? In view of the above it is very clear evident that HDFC Bank & HDFC Ergo General insurance company has cheated me in connivance with some agencies / mafias and hence I hereby strongly submit my complaint and claim and also hereby confirm that I am going to stop the EMIs till sorting out the matter and I hereby complaint the matter to RBI, Consumer forum, court, IRDA, and other relevant investigation departments and publishing the same in medias as well as web sites etc for the awareness of the general public.
