How HDFC Life Insurance is Mis-selling with India Infoline

I Ms. Lavina Aranha ( Policy #15673329) is been continuously chasing HDFC life and India infoline team for refund of mine and 2 reference policies (15725202 &15728262) since the month of May 2013 with both of your HDFC team and your agent India Infoline ltd( And Since December as i enrolled for policy). I have visited both the premises and have talked to every responsible person but I am unable to receive any response. Both Ragini Chaturvedi Das, Manish Mishra from HDFC Life and Anurag Naik from India Infoline are passing the ball in each other’s court. I feel like beggar asking for my own money. I would like to brief you on the grievance. I had received a call from India Info Line agent promising me following if I purchased their Policy HDFC Classic life assure • life insurance for self ( 1.5 Lakh), and family member for 1 lakh each • Holiday Voucher where in only travel part would self arrangement rest all would be covered by the voucher • If I provide two more reference for policy then I would get 10% discount on my premium. • They told us on maturity we would receive almost 3 Lakhs.(On confirmation from the HDFC Life verification call we were alerted that it was a false statement) and since then I have been contacting them for refund as I have lost trust in their policy It is very a very shameful act that the company did not comply with its words. I was on continuous contact with the agent but they would only delay and drag my request and never acted upon it telling me that they are short of packs. Later they stopped receiving my calls and then we came to know the agent Jayesh patil ( agent from INdia Infoline) has left the organisation and Sudarshan Nirmale, Manager, from India Infoline started behaving in a very rude manner.

I visited India Info line they told me to visit HDFC and till today they make me to contact each other with no solution. I feel that there is some kind of scam that HDFC Life and India Infoline is carrying out where in • they train their agents to fool and mis-lead and mis-sell the policies to common mass and then after fooling few innocent people, the agents are asked to leave the organisation so that the agent would be blamed and not organisation • It is shameful that the organisation allows the agent to use their mobile phone to contact clients and deal so that they can not be tracked and use the internal system as the proof of track • They want that the client should get back to you in 15 days if they have to return back the policy and what should be done to your internal systems that make people runs pillar to post because of their mis-selling. • Now it is crossing the limit I want an action to be taken. Hope to find some solution
