Booked a Parcel in Professional Courier by Aug 22, 2014 to Panruti Villupuram, IXM33721968, still the parcel is on Transit and not delivered! It was important business parcel, which we made for a business purpose! Courier not reached and due to that we did not received order!, Professional Couriers are not responding to my reply and simply they are doing their work, I have all proof of communication with Mumbai Head office and Chennai Head office!, Missing parcel lead us to around 30,000 (Thirty thousand Rupees Only) of Loss and Our Letting Our Business Down

In regarding this, I need my parcel back, @ any cost and Right Compensation to be paid as per law from Professional Couriers and a Sorry Letter From Professional Couriers
