Actually I want know about discount and collecting VAT separately. Recently, all in shopping malls and other areas in retailers are giving discount 25% and collecting VAT Separately. I Want to know that once MRP is printed on the label it means the inclusive of all taxes. But, giving discounts by the retailers/wholesaler/manufacturer for their promotion or for increasing sales.

Can they collect VAT Separately once MRP is printed with inclusive of all taxes, eventhough they are giving discounts. Please clarify my doubt. If I am correct, what I have to do, and how to book the complaint.
