Dear Samsung Team,
I have already sent you complaint regarding Samsung galaxy grand mobile I9082 and this is another one. No proper response from Samsung Yet Within two or three days of its purchase it got faulty when I went back to store and Samsung service center they did not accept for replacement. No of time i have called but no proper response from
samsung services. Please help so at least no more follow up from my side. It is an extremely painful experience from such a reputed company. I want immediate replacement of the Mobile or I would be compelled to take necessary action.
