I have a Vodafone number – +919161521xxx. In two days, on 7th and 9th October ’14, Vodafone has deducted ?60 from my account without any prior notice or information. I got to know about the deduction after making a call to my friend, when I saw my balance. When I called the Customer Care, I asked for balance refund, they said, “If you keep asking for balance refund, I’ll disconnect the call.” I asked to transfer my call to their senior. After putting me on hold for a couple of minutes, they disconnected my call. When I tried to call them again, my call didn’t connect.
