How Xolo Mobile Cares for its Customer- A Review

Delay in issuing Mobile Accessories in Warranty Period. I am submitted my new XOLO Q1200 mobile in their authorized service center on 02-09-2014 due to battery damage.(submitted on 2nd september 2014 with vide notification No.310000713314) At the time of submission they told me that battery is dead and it should be replaced by a newer one and it should take 10 to 12 working days time. As per XOLOS warranty policy battery and box accessories have 6 month coverage and my phones battery was damaged with in 3 months only. But from service center they told that battery is not under warranty criteria and it will cost 850 rupees. In XOLO mobiles website(www.xolo.in/xolocare/service-policies) you can see the warranty policy. But after 17 days (on 19092014) of submitting my damaged battery i couldnot get the newer one replacement. Without battery how can I use my Mobile ? I paid around 13000 rupees for buying that mobile and My mobile get damaged with in 75 days of usage and also I didnot get sufficient service center Support in Warranty Period. I faced lot of problems with the absence of this mobile. Really it became a mind breaking purchase in my life

Lots of New XOLO Mobiles are available in market but their spare parts (accessories) are not available in market. And their Customer service support is very very poor. I want some changes in this situation. Now a days without mobile phone life is very difficult. Lot of mobile companies targeting their sales only there is no service center support after that.
