Sir, This is to draw your kind attention that i have purchased HP 2520 hc colour inkjet printer on 05.12.13 from Computech Associates Bhilai 490006 Before purchase, the shop owner assures me that this printer is cost effective and as per the company says, it will print 1500 pages in black and 750 colour pages. and cartridge will come at rs 500 for 2 cartridges (colour and black) and rs.250 for single cartridge. I again repeated him that will it come at rs. 500, he said yes and i also told him that my work is to print colour photograph. he shows me the catlogue that company is giving guarantee that it will come around .73 paisa per page. I went to purchase Epson printer, he convince me to purchase HP printer because HP is giving guarantee of low cost printing as it is also written on printer. Then i purchased the printer but, after 100 colour prints cartridge finished. i am shocked. i immediately called the shop owner and ask about this matter, He told me that cartridge with new printer have less ink but new cartridge have more print. And when i went to buy cartridge i found rs 540 each cartridge. Now i find myself completely cheated from the shopowner and as well as from the HP company. Company should mention clearly that 750 pages is text print not photo print.
Now i want my money back. PRICE OF PRINTER IS 8100. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS MATTER TO THE H P COMPANY but the don’t want to hear my complain and told me that the number of pages mentioned on printer is the standard test condition. wtah does meen, you write 750 pages and it prints only 100 pages, how it will be acceptable. my request to you is to take action against HP company only not the shop owner
