I bought HP Envy Smart Touch Laptop (Serial Number: 5CG4120HZP). I complaint so many times regarding the issues of the unit. Below are the case id: 4742367797 4749595612-471 4750606654 4751670327 4752402212 I think one or two more will be there, I don’t have their case ID. My latest complaint is for that case for which the engineer came on 9-6-2015 collected the unit. I got no response from their side even after 7days, So finally I had to call at service center. After my call I received a call from HP service center had a discussion with Ms Amandeep, she said that engineer would come by the next day, but the engineer didn’t come. Finally I called on 18-6-15 at service center the concerned guy said that engineer would come by tomorrow to deliver the unit. Today the engineer came, but the issue was not yet resolved. According to him there is some grounding issue at my place. while I am using other laptops HP system also but I don’t face any issue in them just because of grounding. Coz the issue was yet there, so I refused to accept the unit and the engineer took the unit back with him. I have sent so many mails before this mail regarding my complaint but got no response.
