HP India Laptop Complaints

Cheating I list here the unacknowledged and unattended communications I have made with this unprofessional and Cheat Company. I ADVISE THE INVISIBLE HIGHER AUTHORITY OF THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY TO WAKE UP. ALL FOLLOWING MAILS WERE SENT TO north.kv@hp.com ———————————————————————————————– Dr. Hemant Kumar M.Phil, Ph.D. BOYSCAST (U.K.) R.A. (ICTP, Italy) Professor of Physics, (MLNC) University of Delhi South Campus, B.J. Road New Delhi-110021, Ph: 011 24112604 Cell: 9650380711 The Manager Services Dated: 27/07/2013 H P India Sir COMPLAINT NO. 4706624235 With great anguish and distress I am forced to write to you. I handed over my laptop on 25/07/2013 (Model HP 1414 TX, Pavilion dv4, SN: CND93212LZ, p/n VG482PA#ACJ) to Mr. Pankaj the manager at NSquare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. 206, Rajouri Palace Opp. Metro Pillar No. 402 J-1/162 Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, Ph: 011-25455526, 011-47479711, for complaint in respect of the display which got blurred after about an hour of use. After ringing him I fixed an appointment and sent my assistant Mr. Rakesh Tiwari who handed over the laptop to Mr Pankaj. A receipt (No 675) was given to me with the assurance that the laptop will be returned after repairs. I was astonished and shocked to discover when I approached the so called service center to receive the laptop on 27/07/2013; Mr Pankaj told me that he cannot repair the laptop because only the products under warrantee are repaired. I failed to understand this version of his. Instead, he replaced the battery and charged Rs. 4000/-, though the old battery was absolutely was in good condition with sufficient backup. Because the cheat and fraud service center has been duly authorized by HP, it implies that HP is head of cheats. I was treated very badly in the service center with derogatory remarks and was advised by Mr Pankaj to even go to court of law, when I argued with him. I request you to intervene and do the needful so that I may not be put into hardship. Regards sincerely Dr. Hemant Kumar ———————————————————————————————– Sir 28/07/2013 I wish to ask whether this sick, unprofessional and unethical company will come to my rescue or not. The said laptop’s display goes white after an hour of use and the said service center has refused to set it right and instead replaced the battery and charged Rs 4000/ though the old battery is perfectly fine. Yours sincerely Dr Hemant Kumar ———————————————————————————————– The MD 29/07/2013 HP India Complaint No. 4706752122 This has reference to my earlier two unacknowledged and unattended mails (Ref. case ID 4706624235) in respect of the faults in my HP Pavilion laptop. The misbehaving, cheating, highhandedness, lies along with my predicament I have mentioned already in my previous mails. Today I again called the customer care and spoke to Mr. Atul at length. He in turn spoke to Mr Pankaj of the service center but could not resolve the issue owing to arrogant, unprofessional and unethical approach of Mr Pankaj, the Manager of the service center. I am suffering a lot due to display problems in the laptop. Kindly intervene sincerely yours Dr Hemant Kumar 9650380711 ———————————————————————————————– Dear sir 30/07/2013 Complaint No.4706752122 I am tired of writing mails to you and calling your service center without any resolution to my problem. I again called your customer care department and spoke to Mr Vimal Kumar. He in turn talked to the Manager Services Mr Pankaj Mr asked me to speak to take the laptop at the service center. But the service center again refused to correct the display problem. I spoke to Mr Naresh the Owner of the service center (Phone 9810168075), he categorically told me that he will never correct the display problems. I am forced to swing like a pendulum owing to the skirmish between service center and the company HP. Is this the symptom of a giant multinational brand HP? Where should I go? I request the company to correct the display problem and I am ready to pay the amount. I have never experienced such an unprofessional, unethical and boorish attitude from even a roadside shop. My conversation with Mr sanjeev, the supervisor on this issue has also gone in vain. sincerely yours Dr Hemant Kumar Professor of Physics University of Delhi ———————————————————————————————– Dear Sir, 31/07/2013 Complaint No. 4706833783 Attention: Mr Sanjeev the supervisor I got a call from HP yesterday that some engineer from your company will visit me and correct the fault that appeared in the display. This shameless company has left no stone unearthed to humiliate me.
