I am facing problem since the very day I bought it. It has 4 GB RAM and 1 tb HARDISK i5 but still is extremly SLOW. TOUCHPAD and KEYBOARD is not working properly. Suddenly bluetooth drive is also showing unavailable An engineer visited a month ago and solved the problem temporary, But the problem started again and i have been asking for service since then.
