respected sir hp claimed an offer hp diwali ustav offer in october i had buy hp laptopof 41000 rs and i had send all my claim documents on nov 6th 2013 to delhi office sir i am from andhra pradesh state kurnool disct and it takes 5 days to send postal i send all documents to the hp redemption cell to delhi on nov 6th 2013 i got a reply that there is wrong name printed on dd and they stated me to send a check and again in december 2013 i had send check to delhi now when i see online the claim has been rejected now i dont know what happen there in delhi sir i had send many mails to the concerned department of hp and i call to toll free now about 40 times no reply from them sir i am really upset regarding this i had taken the laptop because of diwali ustav offer now it had be rejected sir i really want to say that hp is making customer fools really because i send all the documents to them but now the claim is rejected and cannot be approved what i do sir i had send mails to all people of hp stating that plz give the check in bank and get payment and approve my claim i didnt even got a single mail from them regarding this sir if they had mailed me stating to send another check i would have send them by postal they didnt informed me by mail or by phone they just rejected my claim sir such a big company hp is not providing any contact no and they do not contact us by phone so how could i explain them my problem and how could be sir this is really injustice sir i request you to give me justice for this thanking you

sir my claim need to be approved and i need diwali ustav offer should be approved and send my dd back so that it had complted a month i need to give in the bank and get payment return else i get loss of 1847 rs.
