HP Laser Jet PRO CP1025

I purchased a HP Laser Jet PRO CP1025 Printer S.No. CNCFZ01784 on 13-06-2012 From Latest Device Pvt Ltd at MP Nagar Bhopal, and it was working properly. But on 15-11-2012 it got stuck and did not work so We registered a call after that on 29-11-2012, HP Engineer Mr. Mahendra came to our house and after checking informed us that the Engine Control Board Fault so full printer will be replaced vide Work Order No.4121396. But After two or three days he informed us that printer is to be checked at center so he took our printer for Repairing at Redington Service Center bhopal. Since than we are still waiting for taking back our printer because as per the statement of your engineer its held with your department for some Audit so he could not do anything. Now My concern is that,we are waiting for our printer from last one month but we are getting nothing not our printer or nor a proper response from your side. Is it right for a customer to wait for such a long time just for buying a branded product or it is fault of your company why we are suffering. It is my humble request to you that please take this matter on high priority because it has been near about a month and we are suffering alot because of this.

We want our Printer to be replaced soon.
