I am using a HP Pavilion G6 from past 10-11 months and literally struggling to resolve a simple issue. You can refer to below case IDs given to me in past 8-10days by HP Customer care. 1) 4732 1461 99 2) 4731 7809 09 3) 4732 4991 63 4) 4732 7148 56 In these case IDs i have lost several hours in talking to executives for resolving of the issue and on top it have spent Rs600 for a “so called” recovery CD. I have lost my patience now and thats why sending this mail. I only need a solution to my problem.
primarily i want a solution to this problem. and secondly, if customer care executives are not technically comfortable with the product then why are they sitting their to help. Each executive i have spoken to have suggested me to recover the laptop by installing windows again by recovery CDs i have bought. Its a kind of mental torture. I have asked several times to send someone physically but everytime they have avoided it. Need my wasted time in return.
