I had purchased a laptop (HP Pavilion G4) from this party (online via ebay) He had listed that the warranty is available in India. 2 months back my laptop had a problem. when i contacted the HP authorised service centre, they said that the warranty is not available in India. It is a Thailand warranty. I contacted the seller, he said that he would arrange a courier pickup for me (for which i had to pay) I agreed. Since that day he has disconnected the mobile. I mailed him. He has not replied to any of my mails. The HP Service centre informed me that i have to get the laptop replaced. Cause there’s a motherboard problem. I contacted ebay, they cannot do anything about it. I mailed them too. They are silent on the matter. This seller has blocked his account on ebay. He is no longer on ebay.

I want him to either replace the laptop with the same model or I want him to refund the amount.
