I ordered 2 cartridges from your website – HPShopping. I just spoke to Vivek on 180030033003. Told him my concern regarding 21b cartridge. I got refund for 1 cartridge as it wasn’t open from the shop I got. Other one since open but unused shopkeeper refused to take back, so useless for me and Rs.500 wasted! Vivek on phone said within an hour someone from replacement team will call back so by 1pm I’m expecting your call. I also informed him that my cousin tried on his printer as well which was Officejet 4355 and it said incompatible on it too. Now the information on box can’t be misleading I’m sure, I have a feeling the cartridge is defective. And I need to get replacement for that with a 21 black type, because I can’t risk again on 21b unless you’re 100% sure it is compatible with PSC 1410. It’d work if the one I opened was defective. I know you’ve said 15 days replacement thing but I opened only yesterday because my old cartridge got over only yesterday!
