sir, above mentioned dealer not delivering gas cylender at home and forced to take counter delivery. the dealer is situated 10km. away from my house and i am works as daily wages labour. 12 hrs. daily as unable to take counter delivery. for the same i lodged a complaint on companies portal. for the same matter i lodged three complaints vide complaint no 13187854, 14002314 and 14002327 none of these trackable in the portal as some one fraudulently hiding status of my complaint my consumer no. is 513406 with above dealer still i am awaiting for refil i booked on 18/03/2014 vide booking no 341401
