HPCL Lpg is an essential commodity and that needs to be fulfilled in no time .suppose i have no lpg at my home then what shall be the situation at my kitchen one must understand.it shall be refilled at least within 2 to 3 working days , i booked it on 11/12/2014 and they have no time frame to promise for the delivery of the lpg refill and one must note that in this developed india and after such promises of e-governance by the government , lpg refill is still not too easy .further the passive misbehavior of the officials concerned by not receiving the dbtl form in office hours is also astonishing and is total mental and economical harassment .they are saying that we do it only from 10 am to 01 pm and what a person like me should do whom have to follow the office hours from 10 am to 04 pm .further the concerned complaint redress area sales manager is also not responding on mobile no . 9419027xxx
gas refill must be done at the earliest , if possible within 48 hrs of call .further the human rights and values must be looked into by the service providers .they are doing business and customer welfare in the shape of timely and prompt service is needed.all the work must be done by the service provider at least during the office duty hours
