This is regarding my Educational Loan Request (Loan A/C no:1308170005) I had put a request for Educational Loan for my Sister for which i had provided most of the required documents which consisted of 2 cheques both NOT as per the latest requirement stated by RBI CTS rule. I was being told that these cheques are for documentation purpose untill the Policy has been created. Once the policy is created i will have to submit the new cheques as per RBI’s CTS formatted cheques. Cheque1: RS 5000 : Processing Fee Cheque2: RS 1510 : HDFC ERGO (This was stated coumpulsary) Both these cheques were withdrawn before i have submitted my FINAL Educational LOAN Agreement which should be signed and verified by all parties participating in the loan. I have been repeatedly talking to the representative from Credila Pune Branch for the reason of this withdrawal without my submission of the Load document but i did not get any asnwer.
