Since the date of purchase my “In warranty Device” has got problem in the following parts 1. Motherboard 2. Sim card Slot 3. Display (LCD) 4. Touch Panel 5. Battery 6. Headphones 7. Main Board There are only few parts left in the phone to be replaced in warranty, which is the most appropriate evidence to call the particular device to be defective from the beginning. Even after the Quality check promised by MR. Nitin on 22 July, the phone got dead within just 10 days. That to Even after 1 hour of call time on 6th Aug, Mr. Nitin was too busy to talk about his commitment given to me at last conversation and still waiting to have feedback from him.
1. I don’t trust HTC anymore and I strongly believe that the Phone is defective. I want my Phone to be replaced by HTC. 2. I want an appropriate compensation for the economical and mental damage that has occurred during this all the deals with HTC and its personnel.
