I had bought HTC desire C phone in Dec 2012 and started facing problem in May 2013. The phones keep rebooting and many applications not working. I lodged complaint at contact_us@htc.com about the problem and they told me to visit the authorized service centre. I visited the service centre in Vashi on 12 Aug 2013 and handed over the phone for repair. Vashi service centre returned the phone on saying that it is repaired but actually the problem still remained. I contacted htc again and this time they said to visit the kurla service centre and meet Mr. Jason. I handed over the phone for repair in kurla service centre on 20 Sept 2013 and they gave it back on 30th september saying it is repaired. But the problem is still exists and I contacted once again and gave handset in kurla for repair and they returned saying it is paired but the problem still exists.

I want HTC to replace my handset with a new working handset of same or different equivalent model or refund my money as they are unable to solve the problem
