My Touch pad is not working any more and it gets hung every time. I got the 2 years of extended warranty from the mobile store. I went to the store and store had sent my mobile to the Gujrat Service centre. After 2 weeks I got a message from Gujrat Service centre that your mobile is dispatched. After few days I got a call from gujrat service centre to make sure that whether I had got the mobile or not. I said no and then they confirm with the mobile store as well and their response was also no. at the same during the call I asked them to give me the blue dart courier number just to track what is the status of my mobile and they replied a big no. Also I raised a complaint on the Mobile Store website and they replied that I’ll get the update within 4 to 8 hours on my email, but I did not. Its been nearly a month and I still did not got the phone. Im relay NOT SATISFIED with the service given by mobile store to me. I urge you to please take a look into my complaint too seriously as I’ve tried almost all of my possibilities.
I just need my mobile back to its normal state. Please find the attached bill copy.
