I bought a new HTC Desire 828 mobile phone bearing imei no. 35253207 0707472 on 24 February 2016. On 7th March 2016 I found a dark line in the phones display and contacted the service personnel in person and claimed for service under warranty.. The manager neglected the claim and misbehaved to me and even neglected to give the information regarding denial of claim in written format.

I bought the phone for Rs 21000. Now they are saying I should pay Rs 11000 for replacing the display.. This causes mental pain to me and monetary loss. The misbehaving of the services manager also caused me mental illness. Cost of phone 21000 Mental illness 2000 Transportation 1000 Total 24000
