Dear Sir, I have got my HTC Desire 516 display and touch replace from the vendor as they offer me 1 month warranty for any technical or functioning issue, but the mobile not functioned properly from day 1 initially they take it back and give me after two days and promise that now it will function but same problem persist. Now even they are not taking my call and it is only 8 days from repair.

Not even to call or receive phone as screen not functioning. Frequent non working, touch not working. I think that display is not genuine though they promised.
