I had purchased a HTC Desire V last year on 19-11-2012.After that i had repaired a device from a service center about 5-6 times.But again & again same problem persists every time.Now last time Company had replaced my handset & after 2-3 days of replacement again a problem persist in the handset which is a replaced one & which is a new device.After that I drop a mail in the inbox of the customer support & they told me to submit a device to the service center.When I go to the service center they just ask me the serial number of the device & they just check the status & they tell me that the device is already registered to some other person.Because the IMEI no & the serial number of the device is registered on the name of some other person.So I again Call the customer support & I have told them about this.But they just trying to puzzle me & said that the IMEI No. is not recycled so thats why the name of the person is shown.I want a replacement on my device or I want my money back.I completely fed up from this.So plz guide me what can i do..???

I WANT A REPLACEMENT OF MY DEVICE & WANT A FRESH DEVICE.
