My Imei number is 357862050211434. my self Aman kumar sharma from New Delhi -110092 . this is the third time i m suffering due to HTC device on 1 aug 2014 i got back my device from service center situated at Service City 201,2nd Floor, Sagar Plaza, Behind PSK,Near Nirman Vihar Metro Station,Laxmi Nagar New Delhi-110092 under the supervision of Mr. Fazil Malik but today again it doesn’t take the charging . but now on wards the whole phone iS NOT WORKING again and again me and my work is suffering this is the third time within six months . I BROUGHT MY PHONE ON 31-01-2014 FROM SPICE HOT SPOT . I ALREADY WARNED THEM TO REPAIR MY CELL IN SECOND TIME BUT STILL I M SUFFERING THAT’S A REASON I WANT TO SUE ON htc AND WANTS A FAIR DECISION UNDER THE JURISDICTION.

I want my money back with compensation or replace my set and want new one because third time me and my work is suffering with in six months .
