I had given my HTC HD2 for repair for the fourth time at the authorized service centre.The fourth time I gave was out of warranty and they told me that they will contact me.they just informed me the charges of the repair.After six month they dint inform me and when I contacted the Call-center they told me that you can will informed by service centre and you can collect it but when I went to collect it 3 after I was informed,they told me that their is still some problem.Have to check it again.It has been more than a year after submitting by mobile.When I called them after a year,they told me that mobile is untraceable and they have lost it and they will compensate for it.I asked them to give a mobile for the amount which I paid as within warranty the mobile went to service center trice and hardly used the moible.They agreed to give HTC One V with accessories and 3 months warranty with promise that the mobile is unused/unrepair in writing,I agreed. Later I learnt that the mobile is only come in the service center which I can collect and the accessories will come from courier by 13/07/13 which I didnt receive and I also dint get the confirmation that the mobile is unrepaired and unused as the mobile in not packed and the warranty was not given in writing as confirmed.I asked the reason for sending the accessories was unanswered.I fear that they will give me some defective mobile handset so that they close the case.They contact no-1800 266 3566

I want the company should compensate me for the problem I faced for a year in monetary terms and I want a fully-packed HTC One with one year warranty.
