The handset purchased is premium one which costed around 42000. It started giving issues within six months of use and first, the camera was changed. There were issues with battery also which despite of reporting were ignored by the service centre. After repair, the battery issue enlarged and battery started draining faster and moreover, screen also started showing defects. Now, Within 8 months(not complete yet) of use, screen, camera and battery of device have been replaced and all of them costs a huge amount if product not in warranty and I fear that same case might go ahead and since only 4 months are left under warranty, I have started getting nightmares about the price which I will be shelling out to get device repaired. All this is on top of the fact that they keep device for a week or 3-4 days which in turn leads to a lesser productivity and incurs loss on top of travel and parking losses. Please help.
I would have not even filed a complaint if the issues reported first time to the service center had been resolved that time only but now I want a device which of the same market value for which I bought mine + compensation for losses occurred due the faulty device provided and more because of the poor service offered.
