I purchased the phone on 22nd dec 2012 with 1 yr warranty, in 2013 whole year i was facing issues with battery backup, charging, loud speaker issues, power issues, touch issues. I submitted my device for repair 2-3 times but the issue was persisting. I asked to replace my handset which was done in dec2013 and on in 1st week of dec 2013 i received my new handset but the issues were still the same. I went to service centre again and was asked to submit the device. On 21st dec 2013 i submitted my device which was within warranty and later my warranty was extended for 3 months. i received my device back on 11th jan but there were certain charges were applied as labour cost and also the phone received was in damage condition. I asked for reversal of charges and also to get my phone in good contrition, the customer care said that they will raise a request and it will be done but till date i have not received my device nor any confirmation as what needs to be done now. it has been more than a month that device was submitted and the complain was raised to service centre 3 times.
I wait an extended warrenty of 1 yr and device should not face any issues for at least 6 months or i want the refund of my handset purchase amount with interest because the handset investment is not fruitful.
