I had bought a HTC one mini from chadda mobile house jalandhar on 15 of feb 2014 worth rs 28500. After 10 days crack start emerging on mobile phone so i visited the shop and i had described my problem to the store owner but he simply refuses and said i can not do any thing. Then i contacted htc customer care and after continuous effort of 5 days they agrees to replace the phone and as advised i visited service centre of htc i.e Shree communication jalandhar to generate a d.e.o. After getting it i visited chadda mobile house again to get my new handset. The d.e.o get generated on 24 mar and i visited the shop on same day itself but the store keeper said that above phone is not in stock please visit after a week. I visited the store on 02 april and he had submitted my phone wid al d accessories and said that i will give you new phone but ots 08 april and i am stil to get the phone. Even after spending 28500 i am without phone. Please advise
