I have been using HTC desire v set for around a year, during this period i have faced a lot of problems. i even got my cell phoned repaired at the htc service station but still the problem persists. In case of emergency i am unable to make calls to my familly or parents, the sim slot doesn’t work properly. there has been problems with the display and use of applications. the major is the sim slot problem, and i am being mentally harassed by such problem occurring frequently now these days. there is an add-on to this, the cell gets switched off on its own sometimes and some times there is malfunctioning of the facilities provided.

I want my cell to get replaced with a well functioning cell, or it should be repaired perfectly, so that i dont face future problems, but i doubt it would be repaired perfectly as i have lost all the hopes.
