Dear Sir, I wish to bring your kind attention that you are totally failure for HTC Mobile servicing of repairs. Whenever I give the service, you give the same replay instead of permanent solution. I do not want to get any further service of faulty device. You may study the complete complaints history which I had sent to you earlier on various dates and also your reply accordingly. I request you to kindly provide replacement only and not for uncountable repairs and servicing. It is my basic rights to claim as a customer. I am expecting your early reply on this issues.
