Hi I want to tell u that I m suffering from very services from htc . My smartphone is not working as it is still in warranty period . I m not able to use any vodafone sim card in the device. So I submitted it to service centre on 16/11/13. It came after getting repaired after a week but problem was not resolved. I resubmitted it again after a week of repair issue was the same there. Then I resubmitted it the 3rd time and now its been 20 days since then. I dont hav cell to use . I dont now what to do. I even spoke to the htc care centre no. Which is -18002663566 concerned person was mr.jyash and miss jyoti Many times.every time they told me that issue will be resolved soon and their backend team will call me within next 48 hrs. but till today 2/12/13 I didn’t get any call from their side. My first service ticket no.- 13INA460009730 second after a week ticket no.-13INA470008113 And the 3rd one, service ticket id is- 13INA480007414 and now its been around 20 days and I dont hav any cell to use . my phone is still in the service centre. my smartphone cost is – 30,000 Plz help me regarding the same I will be very great full to you. I want either my phone to be replaced or my money back. As it costed me almost 30,000 bucks. And I want you to take some serious steps towards the HTC company’s service policies. So that no any customer after me face the same kind of service issue or problem. There must have to be a time limit in which the service centre should repair the phones. So that customer should not have to face any kind of panic. Its very frustrating actually That even after spending this much money I won’t have a phone to use my sim card . Now because of this problem I don’t have any cell to use. Plz help me regarding the same I will be very great full to you. I hope to listening from you soon. Thank you so much.
